Each costs between $2200–$21,000 to replace and new drivers often impact carrier customer service safety performance. purpose of this article is qualitatively explore challenges with hopes uncovering unique methods improve job satisfaction ameliorate retention issues. Results indicate that related compensation, management quality, equipment home time, wait time. Proactive managerial actions form pre-planning loads are proposed as method for carriers resolve concerns possibly provide competitive advantage retention.
